The Great Project

 

Donations - Equation welcome donations of any size to support the continued delivery of The GREAT Project.

 

Schools - Contributions from schools enables Equation to deliver The GREAT Project to as many schools as possible.

Local Councillors and Corporate Sponsorship - Equation welcomes the opportunity to work with local councillors and businesses to support a school in their area to receive The GREAT Project.

During 2015-16 7397 pupils accessed The GREAT Project.

Nottingham Crime and Drugs Partnership (CDP) is a partnership resource with the aim of tackling Crime, Drugs & Anti-Social Behaviour issues.

Nottingham CDP have supported Equation's work in schools since 2001. Their funding has supported the development of The GREAT Project and its delivery. Nottingham CDP continue to support The GREAT Project in 2016-2017, through subsidising the delivery of projects.

The Safer Nottinghamshire Board (SNB) is a partnership that has been set up to improve the lives of people who live in, work in and visit Nottinghamshire, by working together to reduce crime, antisocial behaviour, substance misuse and improve community cohesion.

SNB have supported Equation's work in schools since 2001.

Nottinghamshire County Council are supporting further development of The GREAT Project to enable it to be effectively delivered with disabled young people.

Soroptimist International of Nottingham are committed to helping women and girls to achieve their potential, realise aspirations and have an equal voice in creating strong and peaceful communities, achieving this through awareness, advocacy and action at international, national and local levels.

Nottingham Soroptimists in the past have funded the printing of 2000 booklets designed by Equation to help children and young people to explore their experiences of domestic violence.

The BIG Lottery Fund UK - Transition fund Helping civil society organisations which deliver public services become stronger, more agile and adjust to the new spending environment.

The Transition Fund has funded the development of The GREAT Project website and information film and the development of the Evaluation Tool. The Transition Fund also contributed towards the development of The GREAT Project Resources.
